Kitchen Designer / Sales Consultant

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Designer / Sales Consultant to join our growing team in Naperville, IL.

This position is ideal for someone who is creative, organized, customer-focused, and confident in both design and sales. You will work directly with homeowners to create beautiful, functional spaces while guiding clients through the remodeling process from consultation to project sale.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients in the showroom and during consultations
• Understand client needs, style preferences, and budget
• Create kitchen and bathroom designs using 2020 Design software
• Prepare layouts, renderings, material selections, and proposals
• Present designs and close sales
• Follow up with leads and maintain client communication
• Coordinate with project managers, vendors, and installers
• Keep project information and selections organized

Qualifications

• Experience in kitchen and bath design and sales
• Proficiency with 2020 Design software
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Sales-driven mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Remodeling industry experience preferred
