We are seeking a motivated and driven Kitchen Designer & Sales Consultant to join our growing team. This is an independent contractor (1099) opportunity for someone who wants the freedom to create their own schedule, manage their own pipeline, and earn without limits.

This position is ideal for an experienced professional already working in the kitchen, remodeling, construction, interior design, or home improvement industry who has an existing network of clients and referral partners. However, candidates without an established client base are encouraged to apply if they are willing to actively generate new business through networking and relationship building.

What You'll Do:

• Design and sell kitchen cabinetry and related products
• Meet with homeowners, contractors, builders, and developers to discuss project needs
• Generate leads and build your own book of business
• Develop relationships with trade professionals, including:
• General Contractors
• Remodeling Contractors
• Remediation Companies
• Interior Designers
• Builders
• Developers
• Manage projects from initial consultation through sale

What We're Looking For:

• Sales-minded, self-motivated professional
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Kitchen design experience preferred but not required for the right candidate
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to grow your income
