Kitchen Designer / Showroom Manager

Overview:

European Kitchen & Furniture retail showroom is looking for Kitchen Designer Showroom Manager with experience in customer service and sales of European style kitchens and furniture. Ideal candidate shall possess proven interpersonal communication ability, as a key requirement for the direct interaction with the clients, as well as basic business administration function. This role is perfect for someone who excels in a customer-focused environment and is eager to contribute to our team's success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement: Welcome and assist walk-in customers in our showroom, providing detailed product information and guidance to facilitate their decision-making.
• Communication Excellence: Handle incoming calls, responding to inquiries, and offering information about our products and services with professionalism and courtesy.
• Sales and Support: Leverage your sales experience to understand customer needs and recommend suitable kitchen design solutions, contributing to sales growth.
• Collaboration and Outreach: Initiate contact with designers and other professionals for potential collaborations, representing our brand effectively. Communicate with builders and developers to promote sales.
• Administrative Oversight: Manage scheduling, record-keeping, and other administrative tasks to ensure efficient operation of the showroom. Keep up records with existing clients and follow-up with potential clients.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven track record in customer service, sales, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent organizational and administrative competencies.
• Computer literacy and familiarity with office equipment. Basic working knowledge of 3CAD (Pro100), Microsoft Office.
• Compliance with business communication etiquette with various clients as targeted to promote Company image and the factory brand standards.
• Experience with interaction with customers, architects, designers and developers.
• Languages : English at native level. Russian is strongly preferred. Spanish is a great plus.
