We are seeking experienced Professionals with a background in kitchen design, sales, or customer service to join our growing team. The ideal candidate brings strong customer engagement and sales experience, hands-on proficiency with CRM systems, and a solid understanding of kitchen design or furniture sales environments or alternatively customer facing retail experience.
Position Overview:
This role aims to create a unified customer support source for the Sales and Kitchen Design Teams with a service model that provides real-time design support (calls, renders, live chat, and layout advice) for all RTA customers, reducing handoff delays and increasing conversion and revenue.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Designing kitchens, bathrooms, bars, entertainment centers and more utilizing Design20/20 software
- Corresponding with accuracy and clarity over email - excellent written and verbal communication skills are integral to the role
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to be proactive in following up on tasks and assignments is also critical
- Working at a fast pace with the ability to multitask with assignments at various stages is an everyday part of this position
- Able to create carts from cabinet lists and layouts
Role Specific:
- Customer facing for all urgent or direct calls into design but will not have an active booking slot as to remain open for immediate assistance.
- Will assist and work directly with other DSS members with workloads.
- Will also assist DSS members as backups when they are out. Examples: taking over call slots, helping out with pricing as needed and only in urgent matters.
- Will be a direct line for all renders, pricing assists or anything sales would need assistance with.
- Work directly with KD management on a daily basis to ensure priority work is managed.
- Meet with senior management and QA on a regular basis to evaluate position and needs for the sales team to enhance customer experience and customer service.
- Assist in de-escalation from transfers from sales department
- Monitor slack channels for direct assistance with sales
Administrative:
- CRM - administration of and understanding of customer stages and workflows
- Live Chat - administration of and follow-up tasks in CRM
- Using shared files to upload documents and kit files
- 2020 software and catalog maintenance, updates, and 2020 shared file maintenance
- Attend all ongoing training and DSS team meetings
