Job Summary
Mid South Building Supply, Inc., an employee-owned company, is searching for a full-time Kitchen Designer for our Camp Hill, PA location.

We are looking for a self-motivated, creative individual who has Kitchen and Bath design experience that can immediately fit in with our culture and employee ownership goals. While collaborating with our outside representatives, you'll work closely with customers and homeowners, guiding them through the selection and design process. Job Requirements

• Strong background in kitchen design and sales
• Kitchen Installation experience
• Proficiency in using 2020
• Knowledge of construction sales and processes
• Ability to read and understand building blueprints
• Strong analysis and critical thinking skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Strong leadership qualities
• Job site/field measuring
• Customer follow-up and CRM tracking
• Adobe and Microsoft Office experience
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

Requirements

• Utilize kitchen design software to create layouts and designs.
• Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and preferences for kitchen renovations.
• Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers through product demos.
• Utilize negotiation skills to close sales and upsell high-end products.
• Manage accounts and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
• Utilize construction sales knowledge to recommend suitable products for kitchen projects.
