The Team Member We're Looking For

We're looking for a talented, driven professional with expertise in design and sales. Passionate about luxury kitchens and European cabinetry, you blend creativity with technical skill. In a high-end, client-focused environment, you build strong relationships and deliver exceptional service. Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, you thrive both independently and in a team. Must-Have Qualifications

• Proven success in sales with a strong track record
• Expertise in European cabinetry and high-end kitchen design
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (experience with 2020 or Fusion Design Software is a plus)
• Ability to read and interpret technical blueprint drawings
• Knowledge of standardized building techniques, plumbing, electrical, and appliances
• Exceptional communication and client relationship skills
• Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and ability to multitask
• Willingness to attend industry events and networking opportunities
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and familiarity with the metric system

Preferred Experience

• Kitchen design sales, kitchen & bath design sales, interior design, or home remodeling with a sales background
• Cabinet design or cabinet sales experience is a plus

Your Daily Responsibilities

• Develop and manage sales leads
• Meet with clients to understand their vision and needs
• Create and present design concepts and proposals
• Collaborate with technical support, factory confirmation staff, and installation teams
