Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Salary: CTC up to ₹25,000/month

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in hospital or institutional dietetics

Position Overview:

We are hiring a qualified and experienced Kitchen Dietitian to manage dietary operations for patients at SNMC Medical College Hospital, Agra. The ideal candidate will ensure the timely, safe, and appropriate delivery of patient meals in alignment with medical prescriptions and nutritional standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with hospital kitchen staff and doctors to plan and deliver appropriate patient diets
• Plan and supervise patient diets as per physician’s/dietitian’s instructions
• Ensure accurate and hygienic meal preparation and timely distribution to patients
• Conduct regular kitchen audits for hygiene, food safety, and quality compliance
• Monitor food temperature, portion control, and overall food presentation
• Provide basic diet counselling to patients when required
• Maintain accurate daily diet records, patient meal logs, and reporting documentation
• Assist in menu planning and make seasonal/recovery-based modifications
• Ensure compliance with FSSAI and hospital dietary guidelines
• Attend dietary meetings and join hospital ward rounds (as needed)

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor's degree in Dietetics / Food & Nutrition / Home Science (Master's degree preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a hospital kitchen or clinical dietetics setup
• Ability to work collaboratively with hospital staff and service vendors
• Knowledge of therapeutic diets, food service operations, and dietary audits
• Basic computer proficiency (Excel, Word) for daily reporting
