Kitchen Exhaust Hood Cleaning Technician

Hood Cleaners of America is looking for a Kitchen Exhaust Hood Cleaning Technician to work in Columbus, OH and surrounding markets. This is a full-time position that requires schedule flexibility and traveling to different job sites on a company truck. Work is performed overnight into early morning. The candidate needs to have a clean valid driver license, fit to climb ladder, able to work with industrial power washer and able to work at heights. No experience needed since we provide proper training for qualified candidate.

The job duties include but not limited to:

- Power washing of kitchen exhaust system including hoods, ducts, filters

- Climb ladders to access rooftops

- Set up and take down all equipment at the job site, including wiping down stainless steel, operating wet/dry vacuums, high pressure hoses and others

- Take before and after pictures, emailing job reports

- Maintain and report any deficiencies of equipment and vehicles

- Communicate with customers, be able to work with others as a team

Requirements must have:

- Flexible schedule

- Available to work 6 days a week

- Valid State Issued Driver’s License

- Clean Driver’s Record

- Ability to speak reasonable English is a must

- Good attitude and team work oriented

Company offers:

- $19.00 per hour work salary and $10.00 per hour travel time

- Schedule of 30 hours per week work time and 10 hours travel time

- Proper training and follow up
