Kitchen & Food & Beverage (F&B) Supervisor
Job Summary
The Kitchen & F&B Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily food and beverage operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, hygiene, customer service, and staff performance. This role supervises kitchen and service teams, coordinates between front-of-house and back-of-house operations, and ensures compliance with company policies and health regulations.
Key Responsibilities1. Operational Management
- Supervise daily kitchen and F&B service operations.
- Ensure timely preparation and service of food and beverages.
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and portion control.
- Coordinate between kitchen and service staff for smooth workflow.
- Assist in menu planning and special event execution.
2. Staff Supervision
- Supervise chefs, cooks, stewards, and service staff.
- Schedule shifts and manage staff attendance.
- Train new employees on SOPs, hygiene standards, and customer service.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.
- Maintain team discipline and resolve staff issues.
3. Quality & Hygiene Control
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards (e.g., HACCP).
- Monitor cleanliness of kitchen, equipment, and dining areas.
- Enforce proper food storage and handling procedures.
- Conduct routine health and safety inspections.
4. Inventory & Cost Control
- Monitor stock levels of food, beverages, and supplies.
- Coordinate purchasing and receiving of goods.
- Reduce wastage and control food costs.
- Verify invoices and maintain accurate inventory records.
5. Customer Service
- Ensure high standards of guest satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and promptly.
- Monitor service standards and dining experience.
- Support promotional activities and special events.
6. Administrative Duties
- Prepare daily reports (sales, wastage, staffing).
- Assist in budgeting and cost control planning.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in kitchen or F&B operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene regulations.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
