Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Kitchen Guard - Repair Technician specializing in electrical systems, fan repair, motor installations, and HVAC to join our maintenance team. Duties

• Diagnose electrical faults in kitchen appliances, fans, motors, and HVAC systems using schematics and technical manuals
• Perform repairs on electrical components, fans, motors, and HVAC units to restore proper function efficiently
• Install new motors, fans, and HVAC equipment following manufacturer specifications and safety standards
• Conduct routine maintenance on refrigeration units, air conditioning systems, and mechanical equipment to prevent breakdowns
• Troubleshoot complex mechanical issues using schematics and technical documentation to identify root causes
• Ensure all repairs comply with safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment
• Document all repair activities accurately in maintenance logs and report any persistent issues for further review

Experience

• Proven experience as a service technician with a focus on appliance repair, electrical troubleshooting, or HVAC/R systems
• Strong mechanical knowledge related to refrigeration, air conditioning, fan systems, motors, and electrical components
• Familiarity with schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools for troubleshooting complex equipment
• Experience in construction or facilities maintenance is a plus for understanding installation procedures
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to guide team members during repairs or maintenance projects
• Prior experience in equipment repair, preventative maintenance programs, or related technical fields preferred
• Knowledge of safety standards and regulations pertinent to electrical work and mechanical repairs
