Qualifications:

Must be available Friday-Sunday during May – September

Take Direction from Catering Chefs & Event Coordinators

Be able to stand on feet for 10 hours or more when needed

Lift Items up to 50 pounds

Have a flexible Schedule

Ability to Read, Speak & Understand English

Strong Work Ethic

Ability to Follow Safe Food Sanitation Guidelines

Communication & Interpersonal Skills

Must have a Valid and Good Standing Driver’s License and be able to drive a company van
Responsibilities:
-
Arrive at Pranzi prepared for an off-site event
-
Stage Kitchen and On-Site Production
-
Handling Event Rentals Such as; Plates, Flatware, Glassware, Etc.

Preferably able to Drive & Pack Truck with necessary essentials (food, tools and equipment)
-
Clean Up Venue and organize packing of vans prior to departure
-
Store and label food items properly
Uniform is required
