Kitchen Helper

Oven n Grill is a rapidly growing fast-food restaurant dedicated to delivering freshly prepared meals with speed, hygiene, and customer satisfaction. We are looking for enthusiastic and dependable Kitchen Helpers to support our team in preparing pizzas, burgers, fries, and other menu items.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in pizza preparation (dough handling, sauce spreading, topping arrangement, baking procedures).
• Support burger preparation, including patties, buns, sauces, and assembling as per recipes.
• Operate frying stations (fries, nuggets, wings), ensuring safe oil usage and timely output.
• Keep kitchen stations clean and organized before, during, and after shifts.
• Perform basic prep tasks such as chopping vegetables, grating cheese, and marinating meat.
• Restock ingredients and supplies during peak hours.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages to supervisors.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.
• Assist chefs/supervisors with meal preparation to ensure timely service.
• Properly label and store food items or leftovers.
• Help in packaging takeaway and delivery orders accurately.
• Prepare kitchen stations before daily operations.

Qualifications:

Education: Minimum Matriculation (Intermediate preferred).

Experience: At least 1 year in a restaurant, kitchen, or fast-food setting (pizza/burger prep experience is a plus).

Skills:

• Knowledge of basic kitchen hygiene and safety practices.
• Ability to work on foot for extended periods.
• Team-oriented with strong time management skills.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs30,000.00 per month
