Job Description:

We are looking for a CLEANER / STEWARD for our Healthy Restaurant .

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner/Steward to join our team. The Cleaner/Steward will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in all areas of our facility. This role involves performing a variety of cleaning tasks to ensure a safe and sanitary environment for guests and staff members alike.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and wash dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, storage rooms, and waste disposal areas
• Follow proper waste segregation and disposal procedures
• Assist chefs with basic food preparation when required (washing vegetables, arranging items)
• Ensure floors, walls, and work surfaces are clean and sanitized
• Follow FIFO, labeling, and food safety guidelines
• Use cleaning chemicals safely and correctly
• Support kitchen team during busy operations
• Follow company hygiene, grooming, and safety standards at all times

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques and procedures.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift and carry heavy objects as needed.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
