Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Helper to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will assist in food preparation, maintain kitchen cleanliness, and support the overall operations of our kitchen. Duties

• Assist in the preparation of ingredients for cooking, including washing, chopping, and measuring.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen by washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of waste properly.
• Support cooks and chefs during meal preparation by providing necessary tools and ingredients.
• Follow food safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Help with inventory management by restocking supplies as needed.
• Participate in catering events as required, ensuring all food handling meets quality standards.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively.

Skills

• Proficiency with knife skills for food preparation.
• Experience in a restaurant or catering environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting.
