Kitchen Helper/Driver

Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Kitchen Helper/Driver to assist with food preparation, marinate meats, cleaning and other Kitchen tasks. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about food preparation and have a strong commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Load all chicken and ribs that's needed for delivery and deliver to all the locations.
• Always check the company van, make sure it's in good condition before use.
• Check all related supplies needed for jerking.
• Ensure that all kitchen equipment is cleaned and sanitized regularly.
• Support catering events by assisting with banquet setups and food service as needed.
• Adhere to food handling safety regulations to ensure the health and safety of all guests.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations.

Skills

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality industry is preferred.
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and safe food handling practices.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong teamwork skills with the ability to help others as needed.
• Excellent organizational skills to keep the kitchen clean and orderly.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn new cooking techniques or recipes.
