<Duties>

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to ensure accurate installation of kitchen components.
• Install cabinets, countertops, appliances, sinks, plumbing fixtures, and electrical fixtures following safety standards and project specifications.
• Use hand tools and power tools effectively to cut, assemble, and secure kitchen elements.
• Coordinate with project managers and other trades to ensure timely completion of installations.
• Conduct quality inspections during and after installation to guarantee craftsmanship meets company standards.
• Assist in the fabrication and customization of cabinetry or fixtures as needed.
• Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and debris removal throughout the project lifecycle.
• Perform minor repairs or adjustments to ensure optimal functionality of installed items.

<Experience>

• Proven experience in construction site work with a focus on cabinetry, fixture installation, or remodeling projects.
• Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and construction estimating principles.
• Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation.
• Familiarity with plumbing systems, electrical wiring basics, and fixture installation techniques.
• Background in carpentry—including frame carpentry, trim carpentry, roofing, drywall finishing—and masonry is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of construction management practices to coordinate tasks efficiently on-site.
• Ability to perform detailed construction inspection and quality control checks throughout each phase of installation.
