Kitchen Lead

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all kitchen operations, ensuring smooth workflow and timely preparation of all menu items.
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff, assigning tasks efficiently.
  • Prepare and maintain high-quality standards for all items, including beef burgers, chicken burgers, pizzas, wraps, and fried dishes.
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and sanitation standards.
  • Develop menus, standard recipes, and portion control measures.
  • Manage inventory, order supplies, and monitor food costs.
  • Collaborate with management for promotions, events, and menu innovation.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Head Chef, Kitchen Head, or similar role in reputable fast food brands.
  • Expertise in preparing a wide range of fast food items (beef/chicken burgers, pizzas, fried items, wraps, etc.).
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Creativity, organization, and excellent communication skills.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
