Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all kitchen operations, ensuring smooth workflow and timely preparation of all menu items.
- Supervise and train kitchen staff, assigning tasks efficiently.
- Prepare and maintain high-quality standards for all items, including beef burgers, chicken burgers, pizzas, wraps, and fried dishes.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and sanitation standards.
- Develop menus, standard recipes, and portion control measures.
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and monitor food costs.
- Collaborate with management for promotions, events, and menu innovation.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef, Kitchen Head, or similar role in reputable fast food brands.
- Expertise in preparing a wide range of fast food items (beef/chicken burgers, pizzas, fried items, wraps, etc.).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, and hygiene standards.
- Creativity, organization, and excellent communication skills.
