A fast casual concept is looking for a great Restaurant Kitchen Manager to add to their team in Fort Lauderdale, FL!

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience. Ideally both Front of House and Back of House experience.
• High volume experience a must
• Strong leadership skills and strong work tenure
• Local candidates only

Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards in service quality, food presentation, and the overall guest experience.
• Hire, train, and lead team members while promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Deliver exceptional guest service by addressing concerns promptly and maintaining a consistently high level of satisfaction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $65,000.00 per year
