Kitchen Manager

Sinaloa Tacos & Tequila – Salisbury, MA

Sinaloa is looking for a reliable, hands-on Kitchen Manager to lead day-to-day kitchen operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in consistency, and can effectively manage a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations and service execution
  • Manage and train kitchen staff
  • Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation standards
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety compliance
  • Handle inventory, ordering, and cost control
  • Coordinate with front of house to ensure smooth service
