Kitchen Manager

NOW HIRING: KITCHEN MANAGER
Catering + Café Operations | Full-Time | Radnor/Wayne Area

Koren’s Kitchen is looking for a strong Kitchen Manager to help lead our fast-growing catering and café operations. We are a high-energy, fresh-food-focused company specializing in corporate catering, private events, cooking classes, and café service.

This position is ideal for a chef or kitchen leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads by example, and takes pride in organization, preparation, execution, and food quality.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing daily kitchen operations for catering + café
  • Leading and training kitchen staff
  • Ensuring food quality, consistency, and presentation
  • Overseeing prep, production, and execution
  • Managing breakfast and lunch production timelines
  • Maintaining cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards
  • Working directly with the Catering Operations team
  • Assisting with ordering, inventory, and kitchen systems
  • Supporting special events and large catering orders

Ideal Candidate:

  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Catering and high-volume experience
  • Organized, dependable, and solutions-oriented
  • Passion for fresh, flavorful food
  • Ability to work early mornings and move with urgency

Location: Radnor Corporate Center
Approximate Hours: 430a-230p Monday–Friday nights and weekends approximately 4 times per month
