What You’ll Do

• Assist with kitchen set-up, clean-up, and production of hemp-infused candies
• Handle hemp and non-hemp ingredients with precision and care
• Follow strict food safety and quality checks to ensure consistency
• Maintain a spotless, organized, and compliant kitchen environment
• Accurately measure, mix, and store all ingredients
• Cross-train with other departments to support the team
• Show up with a positive attitude, ready to learn and collaborate

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years’ experience in a professional kitchen, food production, or manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of measurements/conversions (cups, ml, grams, etc.)
• Ability to measure ingredients with exact precision (consistency matters!)
• Fast-paced worker who doesn’t sacrifice quality
• Must be 18+ with an Oregon Food Handler’s Permit (or willingness to obtain)
• Dependable, team-oriented, and excited to grow with us

Physical Requirements

• Comfortable working in a warehouse setting with fluctuating hot/cold temperatures
• Ability to stand up to 10 hours a day
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, reach, and move safely in a busy environment

Work Schedule & Location

• Location: Clackamas, OR warehouse
• Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Occasional mandatory overtime may be required
