Bangers Pickleball is the premier pickleball destination in the Mid-South — combining indoor and outdoor courts, gathering spaces, food & fun in a social atmosphere like no other. While we're currently fully-staffed, we are accepting applications for openings as they become available.

Our kitchen and restaurant positions offer a fantastic opportunity to develop your hospitality skills while working in a fun, fast-paced setting.

Duties

• Greet and assist guests with food and beverage orders in a friendly, professional manner
• Operate POS systems such as Toast or CourtReserve
• Maintain cleanliness and organization to ensure a welcoming environment
• Manage time effectively during busy hours to serve multiple tables or groups efficiently
• Assist with event setups such as catering or banquet services, ensuring smooth operations for special occasions
• Uphold food safety standards through proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices
• Handle transactions accurately while providing excellent customer service to all patrons

Experience

• Previous sports hospitality, restaurant, or food service experience is preferred
• Familiarity with POS systems like CourtReserve or Toast is highly advantageous
• Experience working in event venue or hospitality environments is a plus
• Knowledge of retail math, cash handling, and basic math skills are essential for efficient operations
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests
• Experience in serving or bartending roles that involve food safety procedures and alcohol service regulations
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining a lively, energetic attitude

Pay: $7.50 - $15.00 per hour
