Duties

• Engage with customers to understand their kitchen renovation needs, preferences, and budgets through energetic and professional communication.
• Utilize 20/20, other design tools to create detailed layout plans that showcase optimal space utilization and aesthetic appeal.
• Present product demos, lighting solutions, and remodeling options confidently to inspire clients and facilitate informed purchasing decisions.
• Conduct inside and outside sales activities, including upselling high-end cabinetry, countertops, lighting fixtures, and accessories.
• Manage account relationships by providing personalized service, coordinating project timelines, and ensuring customer satisfaction from start to finish.
• Assist with merchandising efforts by organizing displays, stocking showroom products, and maintaining an inviting retail environment.
• Collaborate with clients on lighting design and interior layout ideas while offering expert advice on renovation and remodeling processes.
• Handle POS transactions, cash handling, and retail math accurately while maintaining organized records of sales activities.
• Support marketing initiatives by promoting new products or services through product demonstrations or special events.

Requirements

• Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales within the renovation, construction, or interior design industries.
• Proficiency with 20/20 software, or similar layout design tools;
• Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities to build rapport with diverse clients.
• Knowledge of remodeling processes, renovation projects, and construction practices to advise customers effectively.
• Multilingual capabilities are desirable for engaging a broader customer base; fluency in English is required.
• Demonstrated organizational skills for managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for retail transactions and project estimates.
• Experience with POS systems, merchandising standards, and retail math is preferred.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a proactive approach to upselling and product recommendations. Pay: $30,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
