Job Summary:
Fox Kitchen LLC is seeking an organized and proactive Kitchen Services Coordinator to oversee the daily coordination of kitchen operations and support service efficiency. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth communication between kitchen staff, suppliers, and management while maintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene, and service quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily kitchen operations to ensure timely food preparation and service
• Act as a liaison between kitchen staff, front-of-house teams, and management
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate ordering of kitchen supplies and ingredients
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
• Assist in scheduling kitchen staff and managing shift coverage
• Support menu planning, costing, and updates in collaboration with chefs
• Track deliveries and verify quality and quantity of received goods
• Maintain records of inventory, waste, and kitchen performance metrics
• Help implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
• Coordinate maintenance and servicing of kitchen equipment

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in kitchen operations, food service coordination, or similar role
• Strong understanding of food safety standards (HACCP knowledge is a plus)
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
