Kitchen Staff

The Kitchen Staff will assist in the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring that all food preparation and service meet the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and efficiency. The role involves supporting chefs, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and following standard operating procedures (SOPs) for food safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare ingredients, cook, and present dishes according to standardized recipes and quality guidelines.
  • Assist chefs in cooking, plating, and garnishing meals.
  • Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen and storage areas.
  • Handle kitchen equipment safely and ensure proper maintenance.
  • Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the supervisor.
  • Follow food safety and sanitation standards (HACCP and UAE health regulations).
  • Assist in receiving and storing deliveries properly.
  • Support team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during peak hours.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a kitchen or food preparation role (preferred, but freshers ready to join may be considered)
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Physical stamina to stand for long hours and handle kitchen equipment.
  • Previous experience in restaurants, hotels, or catering in the UAE.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,200.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
