Job Overview:
We are looking for reliable and hardworking Kitchen Staff to join our boba shop team. This role focuses on preparing ingredients, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and supporting daily operations to ensure smooth service.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare tea, toppings, and other ingredients according to shop standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Assist with restocking supplies and inventory
• Take out trash and maintain cleanliness during closing shifts
• Support team members during busy hours

Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry 20–30 pounds regularly
• Availability on weekends (required)
• Availability for occasional weekday morning shifts
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to stand for extended periods

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous kitchen or food service experience (preferred but not required)
• Team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn

Schedule:

• Weekend availability required
• Weekday morning shifts may be assigned as needed

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
