• Handle food safely by adhering to proper storage, handling, and sanitation procedures in compliance with food safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations, utensils, and equipment through regular cleaning and organization.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations during busy service periods or events like banquets.

Skills

• Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety regulations.
• Experience with food preparation techniques and cooking methods.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
• Customer service mindset with a friendly attitude towards guests and colleagues alike.
