Position:

Hot Kitchen Chef / Kitchen Staff

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook café menu items according to recipes and standards

Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen station

Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times

Assist with stock rotation and kitchen preparation

Work efficiently during busy service hours

Requirements:

Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or hot kitchen

Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Team player with good communication skills

Flexible and willing to work shifts
