Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Team Member of Japanese Yakiniku (Japanese style BBQ) to join our team 2 Locations, Waikiki (2380 Kuhio Ave) and Kakaako Location ( 1108 Auahi St.). If you have a passion for the culinary arts, Japanese culture and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to have you on board.

Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation and cooking under the guidance of the kitchen staff
• Support restaurant kitchen operations by helping ensuring cleanliness
• Handle food with care and follow proper food handling procedures
• Provide excellent food quality to guests
• Work collaboratively with the other kitchen team members to ensure smooth operations

Experience

• Previous experience in a kitchen or hospitality setting is preferred but not required
• Familiarity with basic food preparation techniques is a plus
• Ability to work in a team environment and follow instructions effectively
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced kitchen environment

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
