Kitchen Staff

We are looking for dedicated and hardworking Kitchen Staff to join our growing kitchen team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about food, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and committed to maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in food preparation according to standard recipes and instructions
• Support chefs in daily kitchen operations
• Prepare ingredients (cutting, marinating, portioning, etc.)
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen at all times
• Follow food safety, HACCP, and sanitation standards
• Handle kitchen equipment safely and responsibly
• Assist with stock handling and basic inventory tasks
• Ensure timely preparation during service hours
• Work efficiently as part of a team

Requirements

• Previous kitchen or F&B experience is preferred (freshers may apply, own visa preferred)
• Basic knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety standards
• Ability to work under pressure and during busy hours
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Physically fit and able to stand for long hours
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Candidates currently in the UAE are preferred
