Responsibilities

- Handle food safely by following proper storage, sanitation, and handling procedures
- Support cooking activities by following recipes and kitchen protocols to ensure consistency and efficiency
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including bussing tables, washing dishes, and sanitizing surfaces
Skills
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety standards
- Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and guests
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment, cooking techniques, and culinary practices
- Ability to handle multiple tasks such as food prep, and assisting cooks simultaneously
- Prior kitchen experience is advantageous
