Job Summary
We are seeking energetic and dedicated Kitchen Staff and Servers to join our vibrant restaurant team! Duties
- Prepare and assist with food preparation, ensuring high standards of quality, presentation, and food safety compliance
- Serve guests with enthusiasm, taking orders accurately and delivering food promptly
- Use POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders, payments, and handle cash transactions efficiently
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and adhering to sanitation protocols
- Manage time effectively during busy hours to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction
- Assist with food handling, storage, and inventory management to minimize waste and ensure freshness
- Support host/hostess duties when needed by greeting guests, managing reservations via OpenTable, and seating patrons
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments preferred; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for reservations management
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills for guest relations and team collaboration
- Basic math skills for cashiering, cash handling, and order accuracy
- Experience in serving, bussing tables, or host/hostess roles is desirable
- Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
