Job Summary

We are seeking energetic and dedicated Kitchen Staff and Servers to join our vibrant restaurant team! Duties

• Prepare and assist with food preparation, ensuring high standards of quality, presentation, and food safety compliance
• Serve guests with enthusiasm, taking orders accurately and delivering food promptly
• Use POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders, payments, and handle cash transactions efficiently
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and adhering to sanitation protocols
• Manage time effectively during busy hours to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction
• Assist with food handling, storage, and inventory management to minimize waste and ensure freshness
• Support host/hostess duties when needed by greeting guests, managing reservations via OpenTable, and seating patrons

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments preferred; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for reservations management
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills for guest relations and team collaboration
• Basic math skills for cashiering, cash handling, and order accuracy
• Experience in serving, bussing tables, or host/hostess roles is desirable
• Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
