Kitchen Staff/ Commis 1, 2

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Commis to join our innovative Cloud Kitchen Team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a Cloud Kitchen environment, ensuring high-quality food preparation, flavor and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitors kitchen equipment and reports issues to superiors
  • Measures, mixes, and prepares meal ingredients, sauces, and seasonings
  • Washes, chops, and cuts fruit, meat, and vegetable items
  • Assesses inventory and requests resupply when necessary
  • Plates meal items under the chef de partie’s supervision
  • Disposes of spoiled items and adheres to sanitation policies

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Good understanding of food, health, and safety regulations
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Computer literate
  • Able to lift heavy items
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to quickly learn new recipes and new cooking procedures
  • Time management skills
  • Ability to work efficiently and cooperatively in a team environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR1,500.00 - QAR2,500.00 per month

Experience:

  • Commis: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Food Handler Certificate, QID & with NOC (Required)

Work Location: In person
