What you’ll do

• Assist in food preparation, ensuring all ingredients are prepped and ready for cooking.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including washing dishes and bussing tables.
• Support cooking staff by following recipes and cooking instructions accurately.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to set up for banquets or special events.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and addressing their needs promptly.
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance culinary skills and knowledge of food service.

Basic qualifications

• Previous kitchen experience in a restaurant or hotel setting is preferred.
• Strong communication skills to effectively work within a team environment.
• Ability to handle food safely and maintain high standards of cleanliness.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience in banquet service or large-scale food preparation.
• Culinary training or relevant certifications in food safety.
• A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
