Kitchen Staff/Barista

Job Overview:

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Staff member to join our team. In this role, you will support the kitchen operations by assisting with tea preparation, cleaning, and maintaining a safe and organized workspace. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment and play a key role in delivering high-quality food service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with basic tea and topping preparation (washing, chopping, assembling dishes)
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and storage areas
• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment as needed
• Receive and store food supplies and deliveries
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
• Ensure proper waste disposal and recycling practices
• Other kitchen support tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

• Previous kitchen or food service experience is a plus, but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team
• Good communication and time management skills
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Compensation & Benefits:

• $17.75 per hour
