Role Summary

As a Kitchen Steward, you’ll play a key role in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment. Your work supports the entire culinary team and helps ensure a smooth operation behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen equipment, utensils, and surfaces
• Wash dishes, cookware, and food preparation tools efficiently
• Handle waste and recycling according to hygiene standards
• Assist with basic food prep when required
• Ensure proper storage of kitchen equipment and supplies
• Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations

Requirements

• Previous kitchen or stewarding experience is a plus but not required
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Attention to cleanliness, hygiene, and safety
• Ability to work well in a team
• Physically fit to stand, bend, and lift throughout shifts
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
