Kitchen Steward – Healthy Kitchen (Business Bay)

We are looking for a Kitchen Steward to join our team at Healthy Kitchen, a Dubai-based healthy meal delivery service known for its clean, organic, and functional menus. The ideal candidate will take pride in maintaining a high level of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, supporting smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all kitchen and surrounding areas.
• Follow and uphold all food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Clean and sanitize pots, pans, grills, stoves, refrigerators, and other kitchen equipment.
• Operate and maintain cleaning tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ensure that all kitchen utensils, dishes, and equipment are properly cleaned and stored.
• Dispose of waste according to company and local authority guidelines, following recycling standards.
• Support kitchen staff by maintaining an organized and hygienic workspace.
• Create and follow a regular cleaning schedule for the kitchen and storage areas.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a kitchen steward, dishwasher, or cleaner in a food service or hospitality environment preferred.
• Basic understanding of hygiene and food safety standards.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and teamwork.
• Basic English communication skills (to understand instructions and safety procedures).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 per month
