Use cleaning materials and chemicals properly and safely.

Dispose of kitchen refuse correctly, keep bins clean, and ensure refuse areas remain hygienic.

Support with kitchen safety measures and follow all health and safety procedures.

Carry out additional cleaning or support tasks as directed by supervisors.
