To clean food processing facilities, storage rooms, walk in fridge’s, kitchen utensils, immediate corridors and holding areas as well as the operation equipment.
To work in close cooperation with all kitchen and service staff.
To work as per duty schedule and shifts.
To perform all stewarding tasks as per instructions.
Cleaning or kitchen, floors, tables, ceilings, chinaware, glassware.
Preparation for Buffet setups such as chaffing dish and fuel refilling.
Maintaining Chinaware, utensil, glassware, stationary, chemical store and charcoal store in proper condition.
Breakage monitoring at all times.
Take way products to be maintained safe.
Cleanliness of the dish washing machine, ice machine and any food related equipment’s to maintain at all times.
