<ul><li>To clean food processing facilities, storage rooms, walk in fridge&rsquo;s, kitchen utensils, immediate corridors and holding areas as well as the operation equipment.</li><li>To work in close cooperation with all kitchen and service staff.</li><li>To work as per duty schedule and shifts.</li><li>To perform all stewarding tasks as per instructions.</li><li>Cleaning or kitchen, floors, tables, ceilings, chinaware, glassware.</li><li>Preparation for Buffet setups such as chaffing dish and fuel refilling.</li><li>Maintaining Chinaware, utensil, glassware, stationary, chemical store and charcoal store in proper condition.</li><li>Breakage monitoring at all times.</li><li>Take way products to be maintained safe.</li><li>Cleanliness of the dish washing machine, ice machine and any food related equipment&rsquo;s to maintain at all times.</li></ul><p>Job Type: Full-time</p>
