We need a Kitchen Steward who will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, ensuring that all equipment and utensils are sanitized and ready for use. Working experience in a hotel or restaurant is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Cleaning and Sanitizing: Ensure all kitchen surfaces, utensils, and equipment are cleaned and sanitized regularly to maintain hygiene standards.
- Dishwashing: Operate dishwashing equipment and wash dishes, glassware, and cooking utensils efficiently.
- Waste Management: Dispose of waste and recyclables properly, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Support Kitchen Staff: Provide assistance to chefs and kitchen staff as needed, helping with food preparation and other tasks to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
