We are hiring Kitchen Stewards for a reputed hotel in Dubai, UAE. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and supporting smooth kitchen operations by assisting chefs and kitchen staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas

Wash dishes, pots, pans, and cutlery

Maintain cleanliness of floors, walls, and storage areas

Dispose of garbage and maintain proper waste management standards

Ensure proper storage and handling of cleaning materials

Assist chefs with basic kitchen preparation when required

Follow food safety and hygiene standards

Salary: 40,000 per month

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in hotel kitchen / stewarding preferred
  
• Basic knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety standards
  
• Physically fit and able to work long duty hours
  
• Basic English communication skills
  
• Team player with a positive attitude
  
• Immediate joiners preferred
