Kitchen Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Kitchen Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the kitchen, including food preparation, staff management, and ensuring high standards of hygiene and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Kitchen Operations: Manage the preparation and presentation of meals, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation.

2. Staff Management: Supervise and motivate kitchen staff, providing guidance and training as needed.

3. Hygiene and Safety: Ensure that the kitchen is maintained in a clean and hygienic condition, and that all staff are aware of and follow health and safety procedures.

4. Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies and ingredients as needed.

5. Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive excellent service, and that their needs are met.

Requirements:

1. Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

2. Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a kitchen management role.

3. Skills:

- Strong leadership and management skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work under pressure

- Basic math skills

4. Language: English (fluent) and arabic
