Join Our Team as a Kitchen Supervisor at the Hilton Garden Inn Raleigh Cary
At Parks Hospitality Group, we are seeking a skilled Kitchen Supervisor to oversee back-of-house operations. You will work with the kitchen staff during meal periods and banquets, maintain inventory, and ensure food safety and quality.
What You’ll Do:

Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation.

Manage kitchen staff, providing training and guidance.

Monitor inventory levels, handle orders, and control food costs.

Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.

Work closely with the Executive Chef to maintain and update menus.

Manage kitchen maintenance, ensuring equipment is cleaned and functional.

Assist the Executive Chef with banquets and meal periods
What You’ll Need:

3+ years of kitchen operations experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.

Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Culinary degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
