  • Maintains and repairs all kitchen and laundry equipment with Exquisite craftsmanship, ensuring Optimal functionality and longevity.
  • Upholds the Preventive Maintenance and shift readings programmes meticulously, guaranteeing the Peak Performance of kitchen and laundry equipment.
  • Exhibits meticulous Attention To Detail when inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing kitchen equipment, ensuring sensational Results.
  • Employs strong Problem-Solving skills to identify issues, develop efficient solutions, and minimise Downtime in the kitchen, embodying the FIVE-Star approach.
  • Evaluates equipment usage and Energy Efficiency, taking appropriate measures to Optimise performance and Minimise energy consumption with Remarkable enthusiasm.
  • Manages and updates all kitchen and laundry shop drawings, ensuring their Accuracy and reflecting any necessary Modifications.
  • Maintains the equipment catalogue and tagging directories, keeping them up to date and organised for Easy accessibility and reference.
  • Completes necessary paperwork, work orders, and documentation Promptly and Accurately, reflecting FIVE s commitment to Excellence.
  • Updates a Comprehensive daily log book, documenting any encountered problems, their corresponding solutions, and relevant activities with Meticulous detail.
  • Actively participates in regular Departmental Meetings, contributing valuable Feedback and offering insightful Suggestions for continuous improvement as a valued member of our FIVE Tribe.
  • Maintains comprehensive Health and Safety documentation and records specific to the assigned area, ensuring Compliance with regulatory requirements while elevating FIVE s Safety Standards to New Heights.
  • Meticulously upholds Environmentally Friendly practices when handling chemicals and refrigerants, promoting Sustainable and Responsible methods in line with FIVE s Sustainable Indulgence ethos.
  • Responds promptly and proactively to all Work Requests that pertain to Health and Safety concerns, swiftly addressing any potential Risks or Hazards.
  • Identifies and promptly reports potential Safety Hazards, prioritising the well-being and security of fellow FIVERs and other stakeholders.
  • Participates as directed in the Emergency Response Team, swiftly and confidently acting in Critical Situations to ensure the Safety and Security of all occupants.
  • Stays informed about Disruptive Advancements in kitchen equipment and technology through ongoing training and professional development, embodying the Visionary spirit of FIVE.
  • Executes all work orders with Due Diligence, leaving no detail untouched in our quest for Next-Level service delivery.
  • Carries out tasks as assigned by the Chief Engineer, efficiently and effectively completing them within designated timelines, contributing to the Vibe at FIVE with Passion and Dedication.
