Kitchen Technician

We are looking for Kitchen Technician responsible for maintaining all kitchen, refrigeration in optimal working condition, performing both corrective repairs and preventive maintenance, and ensuring operational excellence at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and repair kitchen, refrigeration, and laundry equipment
• Perform daily inspections and preventive maintenance
• Handle kitchen and laundry complaints
• Maintain logs, follow safety and hygiene standards
• Support HACCP audits and brand standards

Requirements:

• 1-2 years experience in Hotel kitchen/refrigeration
• Strong electrical and mechanical knowledge
• Ability to read technical drawings
• Welding skills (gas & arc) preferred

Working hours: 9 hours/day | 6 days/week
