Sauce Boss is a Western-style fast food restaurant located on the 4th floor of the Safiyyah Museum in Madinah. We are expanding our kitchen team and looking for hardworking, reliable, and skilled Kitchen Workers/Chefs who can support daily operations and maintain the highest standards of food quality and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and assemble menu items according to Sauce Boss standards
• Maintain high levels of cleanliness, hygiene, and organisation in the kitchen
• Assist with food prep including cutting vegetables, marinating, portioning, etc.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely (grill, fryer, oven, slicers, etc.)
• Follow strict food safety and hygiene protocols at all times
• Support team members during busy hours and communicate effectively
• Keep storage areas organised and ensure all food items are labelled correctly
• Report any equipment issues to the supervisor immediately
• Ensure consistent portion sizes and high food quality with every order

Requirements

• Previous experience in a kitchen or fast-food restaurant (preferred but not required)
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a high-pressure environment
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene
• Ability to stand for long hours and perform physical tasks
• Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude
• Iqama transfer is mandatory
