We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Cabinet Installer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing custom cabinets, ensuring precise fit and finish, and contributing to high-quality interior finishes on a variety of residential and commercial projects. Duties

• Measure, cut, assemble, and install cabinets according to blueprints, schematics, and client specifications
• Use hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently to complete installations
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to ensure accurate placement
• Prepare work sites by framing, trimming, caulking, and finishing surfaces for cabinet installation
• Coordinate with project managers, electricians, plumbers, and other trades to ensure seamless workflow
• Install fixtures such as countertops, hardware, glass panels, and decorative trim with precision
• Conduct quality inspections during and after installation to ensure compliance with safety standards and client expectations

Experience

• Proven experience in cabinet installation or related carpentry roles within the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and construction drawings
• Familiarity with construction management practices and estimating procedures
• Hands-on experience with various construction techniques including framing, drywall finishing, stucco, masonry, roofing, flooring installation, tile laying, welding, and restoration work
• Skilled in operating hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation, and fabrication equipment
• Knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems relevant to fixture installation is a plus
• Ability to perform construction inspection tasks accurately and efficiently
• Prior experience working on commercial or residential sites with a focus on interior finishes

Pay: $25.16 - $40.30 per hour
