Knife Sharpener

Job Overview
Looking to hire reliable, detail oriented people to join our busy Knife Sharpening shop in Walpole, MA. Part-time and full-time availability. 20-40 Hours per week

Responsibilities

• Sharpen and hone knives, blades, and cutting tools using our specialized machines
• Ensure high quality results throughout the process
• Other shop duties or speciality work that may arise
• Operate and maintain your machine throughout your shift (mechanical knowledge is a plus but not necessary)

Requirements

• Must have reliable transportation
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and occasionally lift up to 45 lbs
• Ability to operate safely and effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail with capability of taking direction
• General reliability and punctuality for scheduled shifts
• Must be able to work in a team environment
• Shifts are 7am-12p and 12p-5p Monday-Friday No weekends or nights

Some flexibility with start and end times for 30+hr/weekly hires

Weekly Pay

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
