Develop six strategic impact narratives that demonstrate institutional reform, sustainability, and results achieved under the Deliver Justice Project, NSOR, and goAML initiatives. Provide strategic editorial oversight and quality assurance for three flagship NSOR and goAML training manuals/reports in line with UNODC global standards. Lead the development of targeted digital communication products (web stories and social media narratives) to strategically position UNODC Pakistan’s rule of law and AML/CFT work. Provide editorial leadership for the UNODC Pakistan Quarterly Newsletter (Q1 2026), highlighting programme achievements, synergies, and donor visibility. Oversee the development of the UNODC Pakistan Quarterly Newsletter (Q2 2026) with a focus on impact, institutional ownership, and forward-looking priorities. Design and implement a strategic communications and visibility framework for the PMIS handover in Balochistan, emphasizing sustainability, government ownership, and donor recognition.
