KOMORI 5 COLOR OPERATOR

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the Komori 5 Colour Offset Printing Machine.
• Set up plates, inks, and paper as per job specifications.
• Monitor print quality, colour consistency, and registration during production.
• Perform machine maintenance and troubleshoot printing issues.
• Ensure jobs are completed on time with minimal waste.
• Follow safety, quality, and operational standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience operating Komori 5 Colour Offset Press.
• Strong knowledge of colour matching and printing quality control.
• Ability to handle press make-ready, adjustments, and maintenance.
• attention to detail.
• Willing to work shifts and overtime when required.
